Aloha!
We are so pleased that you are considering joining us for what we hope to be a transformational, fun, and relaxing yoga retreat in Hawai’i. We have searched diligently to find what we feel is a particularly exquisite location with fantastic accommodations. We will be in the little beach town of Haena on the lush garden island of Kaua'i. Our estate is located right on the beach so that we can take full advantage of all this slice of paradise has to offer. Our intention is that this retreat will feed your soul, direct you to hear that wise teacher inside of you, lift weight off of your shoulders, and put a lasting smile on your face. Our hope is that you will come back home feeling rejuvenated, bright, and clear-minded. This retreat is about making time and space to honor your True Self. And as you do so, all the people and things that depend on you will also be blessed and supported.

We want to give you as much information as possible to help you plan for your retreat and so that you will be as excited as we are about this great opportunity to practice yoga in Hawai'i.

Arrangements and Pricing:
The pricing is based on the sleeping arrangements. Most of the beds are shared. This will make coming to the retreat with a friend a lot of fun. There are a few single, sleeper-sofa/day-bed options.

This price includes:
• 8 days and nights of food and lodging at a luxurious beach-front estate in Kauai’s north shore
• 8 days of yoga, meditation, breathwork, music/chanting/kirtan led by Scott and Kim.
• A trip to one of the most beautiful sites on earth, the Kaua'i Hindu monastery


Daily activities include:
• All-levels yoga and meditation
• hikes along the breathtaking Na Pali Coast
• snorkeling
• swimming
• sunbathing
• walking along the beach

Flights
You will be responsible for your own flight to Kaua'i, the Garden Isle. We’ll be there to pick you up at the Lihue airport (airport code LIH).


Haena House
We’ll be staying in the Haena House, a luxurious estate located right on the beach on Kaua’i’s north shore. Kim and I are very familiar with Kaua’i, and we feel that we have found the perfect place located in one of the most pristine areas of the world. We feel very fortunate to be able to share this special location with you, our friends. Here are some of the features of the Haena House:
